| 摘 要： | 钢液浇注的充型方式是影响轧机机架等大型铸钢件质量的关键因素.通过分析国内外轧机机架浇注的充型方式,指出充型方式的选择应该结合浇注速度,并对浇注过程中铸件温度梯度进行合理控制.针对马钢重机公司现有低速浇注的不利生产条件,选择了阶梯浇注的钢液充型方式,铸造出高晶质的轧机机架,得到国内外用户的认可和好评.

| Abstract: | By analysis on molten steel filling mode of large casting such as rolling mill housing at home and abroad,it was pointed out that the choice of filling mode should reasonably control the temperature gradient in combination with casting speed.The step filling mode was chosen according with adverse condition of lower casting speed in Heavy Mechanical Equipment Manufacture Company,and the high-quality rolling mill housings was obtained. |
