| 摘 要： | 采用弹塑性大变形与接触非线性有限元法,视模具为弹性体,真实地模拟了管材从锥模拔出的过程.数值计算结果给出了管材在不同的拔制阶段的应变与应力分布.根据稳定拔制阶段的轴向应力分布计算了拔制力,讨论了弹性恢复对管材直径的影响以及管材拔出锥模后的残余应力分布.
