黄河下游游荡性河道双岸整治模型试验研究

为检验游荡性河道双岸整治方案的可行性，选择了黄河下游花园口-夹河滩河段开展了动床模型试验，分析了该河段双岸整治工程在大、中、小水期间的控导性能以及对排洪能力、河道输沙能力的影响。试验表明：双岸整治工程在小浪底水库泥沙多年调节运用的条件下，初期(下泄清水期)起到了护滩的作用，阻止了河槽的展宽，使冲刷向纵深方向发展，河势得到了有效控制；在水库利用洪水排沙期，河道具有很强的输沙能力，在以洪水排沙输沙为主、清水冲刷与少量小水挟沙的共同作用下，能维持输沙的基本平衡。

Test and Study on Banks Regulation Model of Wandering Section in the Lower Yellow River

In order to examine the feasibility of a banks regulation plan for wandering sections,the paper selects Huayuankou-Jiabetan Section on the lower Yellow River for movable-bed model test and analyzes its regulating performance,flooddischarge capacity and channel sediment transport capability of banks regulation works during major.medium and smallfloods. The tests show that under the conditions of multi-year sediment regulation operation of the Xiaolangdi Reservoir, the project can protect the floodplain, stop widening of the channels, make vertically scouring and effectively control the river regime at early stage (period of sluicing clear water). In the period of sediment discharge by using theflood water in the reservoir, the channel has very strong capability of sediment transport and can basically keep the balance of sediment transport with the common actions of taking sediment discharge and transport by flood water as the main, scouring by clear water and sediment carrying by small folw.
