煤质变化对锅炉燃烧稳定性影响的模拟研究

摘    要:本文首先阐述了作者建立的燃烧过程动态分析模型及其初步模拟结果,然后利用此模型模拟研究了煤质变化(如挥发分、碳、灰等)对电站锅炉燃烧稳定性的影响,其主要结论是:在燃烧条件不变的情况下.合碳量不变时,挥发分越高,燃烧稳定性越强;挥发分相近,合碳量稍有增加时,燃烧温度即较明显升高;当挥发分含量增加时,维持燃烧的临界含量碳可降低,此时碳与挥发分含量之和近似不变;同时也显示,同一燃烧条件下对应于可燃极限的临界灰分对不同煤种均应大于同一近似不变之值。

Abstract:It was described for the dynamic analysis model of combustion process determined by author and its initial simulation construction and that the effect of coal quality variation on stability of boiler combustion was studied by the model simulation. The main conclusions were as follows: (1)The higher volatile matter is, the better combustion stability was when the combustion conditions and carbon content were no change;(2)The combustion temperatures rise obviously as the volatile matter is nearly the same and carbon content is increased a little; (3)the sum of carbon and volatile matter is no change approximately as the volatile matter content increases and the critical carbon content which keep up combustion is reduced;(4) It was shown that under the same condition, the critical ash content corresponding to combustible limit must be greater than the same value which is no change approximately for variable kinds of coal.
