摘    要:本文结合低醇解度粒状共聚改性聚乙烯醇的制造,测定了醇解过程的功率变化和流变特性,探讨了各种因素对体系功率和粘度变化的影响,目的为生产过程的控制,反应器的设计提供基础数据。

Abstract:To proovide basic data for the control of production process and the design of reactor,the presont article deals with the preparation of beaded modified polyvinyl alcohol of low degree of alcoholysis.Power changes and rheological behaviours of process of suspension alcohoiysis were measured by agitating method.The results show: 1)The gel forms fully about 70% degree of aleoholysis.At this moment. the system viscosity is the greatest. 2)The higher the NaOH concentration,the shorter The gel time,but the maximum agitation power decreases. 3)with the increase of copolymer concentration,the moment of gel for- mation advances and the system viscosity increases. 4)The effect of reaction temperature on the rate of gel formation is ob- vious,but is insignificant in the change of system viscosity. 5)The increase of agitation speed causes the drop of system viscosity, especially for the maximum viscosity. 6)The maximum viscosity increases sharply with the phase ratio when it is greater than 1.
