韩国天然气水合物研究开发思路及对我国的启示

天然气水合物已是国际能源界公认的21世纪接替石油天然气的新能源。美国、加拿大、日本等发达国家都非常注重天然气水合物的开发研究，而韩国、中国、印度的研究工作起步相对较晚。但韩国在2005年就成立了国家天然气水合物研究机构，制定了国家天然气水合物10年研究计划，该计划的总体目标是到2015年为止．发展天然气水合物开采知识，并开发出在Ulleung盆地商业开采水合物技术。我国对天然气水合物也做了大量的研究工作，但到目前为止还没有一个确切的水合物开发路线图。与韩国相比，我国在水合物研究方面存在研究工作相对薄弱、技术装备有待提高、具体规划不够、研究力量分散等差距，最大的差距在于没有围家性的天然气水合物研究机构。借鉴韩国的研究开发思路，建议我国应尽快成立国家天然气水合物研究机构，并制定国家天然气水合物研究计划。

Gas Hydrate Research and Development in Korea and Enlightenment to China

Gas hydrate is recognized by the global energy industry as an alternative energy source to oil and natural gas in the 21st century.Some developed countries such as the United States,Canada and Japan have attached great importance to the development of gas hydrate.South Korea,China and India are late comers in the research on gas hydrate.In 2005,south Korea established a national gas hydrate research institution and hammered out a 10-year gas hydrate research program,the overall goal of which is to gain knowledge on the production of gas hydrate and to develop commercial technology for recovering gas hydrate in the Ulleung basin by the end of 2015.Ahhough much research work has been done in China,no specific road map for development of gas hydrate is in place so far.Compared with South Korea,China has relatively weak research capacity,needs more advanced equipment,lacks specific development plans and has a fragment- ed research force.To top it all,China has no national gas hydrate research institute.Drawing on South Korea＇s experience in the research and development of gas hydrate,China should set up its national gas hydrate research institute as soon as possible and formulate a national gas hydrate research plan.
