| 摘 要： | 首先分析了当前主流的基于WEB的信息系统开发平台的优劣，指出使用Oracle APEX的优势所在；然后阐述了Oracle APEX中的组件、基本概念和体系结构；最后说明了使用Oracle APEX实现一个基于WEB的信息系统的开发方法并实现了一个实例。

| Abstract: | First, the advantages and disadvantages of the present popular information system based on WEB are analyzed and the advantages of using Oracle APEX are pointed out. Then the components,fundamental concepts and frame structure are illustrated. Finally, the development method which is used for realizing the information system based on WEB using Oracle APEX is introduced and an example is accomplished. |
