摘    要:论述了(Ni-P)-纳米Si3N4微粒复合刷镀工艺,设备及(Ni-P)-纳米Si3N4微粒复合刷镀液的组成和配制方法;研究了纳米Si3N4微粒在刷镀液中的含量,刷镀工作电压和刷镀温度对(Ni-P)-纳米Si3N4微粒复合刷镀层的影响;研究了在不同的热处理温度下复合刷镀层的硬度和耐磨性。

Abstract:Ni P) nanometer Si 3N 4 composite brush plating technology, and the equipments, the plating solution composition, the method of the solution's making up thereof are discussed. The effect of the nanometer Si 3N 4 particles content in the solution, the operating voltage, and the solution temperature on the obtained (Ni P) nanometer Si 3N 4 composite deposts is investigated. Also, the hardness and the wear resistance of the composite coatings that have been thermal treated in different temperature are studied.
