基于集对层次分析法的输电网规划动态综合评判

摘    要:首次针对输电网规划的动态特性,提出了基于集对层次分析法的输电网规划动态综合评判方法。该方法首先建立清晰的层次结构,通过层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,其次将时间序列引入到集对分析理论(SPA)中使其动态化,并计算方案各阶段的相对贴近度,再根据各阶段的时间权重,计算方案的综合贴近度。算例表明,该方法很好地解决了输电网规划的动态综合评判问题。

A dynamic comprehensive judgement method for transmission network planning based on SPA and AHP
Abstract:Aiming at solving multi-criteria decision making(MCDM) problems in transmission network dynamic planning,a dynamic comprehensive judgement method based on SPA and AHP was prosposed.In this method,the clear hierarchical structure was first established,and the analytic hierarchy process has been applied to determine the weight of each factor.The set pair system has been improved to become dynamic by introducing the time series to it.Then the relative similarity degree of each stage was calculated,finally the comprehensive similarity degree was obtained according to the time weight.The case results indicate that this method is an available,efficient solution in this problem.
