自动焊滚胎机的优化设计与应用分析

摘    要:针对焊接技术的迅猛发展,自动焊接已经逐步取代了手工焊接。滚轮式焊接架通过蜗轮蜗杆减速器的主动轮摩擦驱动主动盘,再通过主动盘带动从动盘及车架同时翻转,从而实现自动焊接。自动焊接滚轮支架设计是通过调整滚轮的中心距,适用不同直径筒体的焊接,采用无级调速。它采用一个自动控制系统控制2台电动机同步旋转完成对工件的焊接。

Abstract:Since the rapid development of welding technology,automatic welding has been gradually replaced manual welding,the most important element of automatic welding is the design of the welding stand,different welding bracket applies to different parts.In the roller welding stand,the friction of the driving wheel in the worm-wheel reducer was applied to drive the driving plate,and the driving plate drove the driven plate and the stand to turn around,so as to realize the automatic welding.The automatic welding roller stand was suitable for welding different-radius shell by adjusting the central distance between rollers.Its speed could be adjusted stepless,and it used an automatic control system to control the synchronous rotation of two motors so as to realize the welding of workpiece.
