摘    要:在低碳高合金钢中,把碳含量限定在0%~0.3%,随着碳含量的变化,低碳高合金钢的组织、终态性能都发生了改变。碳含量对低碳高合金钢的影响有两种情况:含量较低时不改变单相板条马氏体的组织,但影响其性能,随着碳含量的增加,终态硬度明显升高,耐腐蚀性下降;含量达到一定程度时,会改变组织构成,出现复相组织,由于严重的晶间腐蚀,耐腐蚀性大大降低。

Abstract:Limiting carbon content during 0%~ 0.3%, We find out that finial properties and the structure of low carbon high alloy steel both change with changing of carbon content. The impact of carbon content to low carbon high alloy steel has two ways:low carbon content don't change the structure of single-phase lathing martensite, but changing content of carbon impacts its performance. With increasing of carbon, final hardness increases and corrosion resistance reduces. When carbon content reaches a value, it can change structure and appear new phases. For serious corrosion between crystals, corrosion resistance will reduce obviously.
