摘    要:以前在考虑产层出砂问题上,通常只考虑到某一方面或只采取一种方法来判断产层出砂,这样的方法具有片面性,不能精确地预测产层出砂情况。提出了一种全新的利用加权法来判别地层的出砂情况,综合考虑岩心观察、DST测试、临井状态、声波时差法、斯伦贝谢比法、组合模量法、井壁力学稳定性、力学计算“C”公式法等多种判断方法来判断产层出砂情况,消除了片面性,使判别结果更合理,更符合现场实际应用。方法还可用于垂直井、水平井以及任意角度的斜井,具有通用性。

Abstract:Facing the problem of sand production of pay formations, predecessors usually only consider one side or adopt one method to judge sand production of pay formations, which were too unilateral to predict the sand production of pay formations accurately. The article proposes a new method that uses the weighted method to judge sand production of formations. Multiple judging methods, such as core observation measurements, DST, vicinity well state, interval transit time, assembling die mensuration, borehole wall mechanics stability, mechanics calculation "C" formula etc. are utilized comprehensively to judge sand production of pay formations, which eliminated unilaterality,made the judging results more reasonable, and was proved to be more fit for practical field-application. The method can also be used for vertical wells, horizontal wells and deviated wells with any angles.
