热型连铸过程的二维稳态传热模型

摘    要:根据热型连铸技术原理,充分考虑冶金单元三传过程,对一些微小部分传热做了近似计算,建立了热型连铸凝固过程二维稳态温度场的物理、数学模型.编制了计算铸型出口温度、冷却距离、拉铸速度和喷水冷却强度等工艺参数应用程序,并在VC 6.0环境下迭代运行,理论上得出了以上工艺参数对铸坯固液界面位置的影响程度.做了多次纯铜热型连铸实验,计算结果与实验所测数值及文献上报道的实验结果吻合较好,同时也说明了该二维模型的正确性.

Abstract:Based upon the principle of Ohno Continuous Casting(OCC) process,with enugh lonsideration of king metallurgical transfer process,computing on minor heat transfer,a physics-mathematical model of the steady temperature filed with two-dimensional heat transfer is established.Programming on model temperature,cooling distance,casting speed and cooling intensity,their programme being done under VC++6.0 repeatedly,we have succeeded in these process parameter effects on the position of the liquid-solid interface.Experimenting on pure copper's ohno continuous casting,and the result of the computation is in accordance with the experiment result from literatures.
