基于有限元法的新型轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁电机齿槽转矩分析

摘    要:永磁电机中永磁体与有槽电枢铁心之间的相互作用,产生齿槽转矩,引起电机振动和噪声。文章采用全场域三维有限元分析方法,对轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁(Axial Field Flux-switching Perma-nent Magnet,简称AFFSPM)电机的齿槽转矩进行了仿真计算,研究了影响AFFSPM电机齿槽转矩的因素,给出了削弱齿槽转矩的有效方法,为电机的最优设计提供了重要的理论依据。
