陶瓷窑炉热工技术的新进展

摘    要:对近年来我国陶瓷窑炉热工技术在以下五个方面的主要进展作了概略的综述,即(1)加强能源管理,积极推进节能减排进程:重点介绍了能源管理的有关法规的制订与实施;(2)开展洁净煤技术的试验与研究:着重介绍了水煤浆的应用和煤的气化技术的进展;(3)重视新的燃烧技术的开发与研究:详细讨论了富氧燃烧和高温低氧燃烧等新的燃烧方式;(4...

Abstract:Progress in thermal technology for ceramic kilns in China in recent years is summarized in the following five ways: 1.Formulation and execution of laws and regulations on energy management to tighten energy control and encourage energy conservation and emission reduction; 2.Application of coal slurry and coal gasification as achievements in the research on clean coal technology; 3.Introduction of new combustion options like oxygen- enriched combustion and combustion with high temperature air at low oxygen concentration as the result of research and development of new combustion technology; 4.Launch of low air circulation fast drier with the advancement of drying technology; 5.Optimization of the design for thermal equipment.
