| 摘 要： | 在传统陶瓷模具制造基础上,提出以CAD/CAM制造技术为中心,融合了快速成型技术与逆向工程技术的陶瓷模具设计制造技术。以紫砂壶为例,通过逆向工程方法,详细介绍了加工一个茶壶工作母模制造过程。设计制造周期短,大大提高了陶瓷产品生产竞争力。

| Abstract: | A new ceramic mould design and manufacturing technique is proposed on the basis of the traditional process by incorporating rapid prototyping and reverse engineering in CAD/CAM. The CAD/CAM-based technique has been used in the manufacture of a purple clay teapot prototype as an example by reverse engineering. Results show the technique can effectively shorten the design and manufacturing process, thus greatly improving the ceramic production efficiency. |
