Network Management in an Evolving Network

This paper defines an evolving and fully integrated in-telligent telecom network structure based on TMN as well as rel-evant network management systems, which ensures the effec-tive interworking of the network elements and network management systems. Such an evolving management netvvork en-hances the service providers' adaptability to services and to fulfil the business objectives.
