| 摘 要： | 首先 ,通过对企业核心竞争力涵义的论述 ,用以阐述建筑行业的监理企业核心竞争力的内涵 ;其次 ,在明确监理企业核心竞争力提升的战略地位的同时 ,着重从九个方面 (监理企业本身的管理能力、监理企业的创新能力、监理企业的融资机制建设、监理人才竞争优势、监理企业品牌建设 ,形成名牌监理企业、监理企业文化、市场占有、企业发展的机制、积极参加建筑行业协会建设 )具体讲述监理企业核心竞争力的提升 ;最后强调我国监理企业核心竞争力建设的紧迫性

| Abstract: | In this paper,firstly,I give the definition of the core competition of supervisi on enterprise as I discuss the core competition of enterprise;secondary,affirmed the significance of the strategy of promotion of core competition of supervisio n enterprise,I demonstrate how to promote it from nine aspects;at last I emphasi ze the urgency of the construction of the core competence of supervision enterpr ise in our country. |
