临界空气雾化喷嘴的试验研究

摘    要:本文对一种超音速气-液-气三路空气雾化喷嘴的雾化特性进行了试验研究。得到了有关结构尺寸、工作压力、流量、气液比等对雾化颗粒细度MMD的关系曲线和数据。总结出此类喷嘴的一些有意义的雾化规律。可以为高粘、易凝、磨损性液体形成超细颗粒的雾化技术提供可靠依据和方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the spray charactersitics of a three flow passangers air liquid-air critical airblast atomizer were studied. Some data and curves were achieved about the effects of geometric structures, operational pressure air/liquid ratio, rate of flow etc. on particle's mean diameter MDD at the same time. Some significant spraying regularities of this type of a atomizer were developed and gotten. It can give some basis and a way for the spray of highly viscous or easy solidfing or wearing liquids to get fine particles.
