强热流量下耐热阻燃织物的热防护性能

摘    要:利用CSI-206热防护性能测试仪对Nomex、PBI、Kermel、芳砜纶、阻燃棉等织物的热防护性能进行测试,分析不同的热流量、静止空气层、纤维种类、织物厚度、质量、透气性对热防护性能的影响。实验表明:纤维的种类、总热流量的大小是影响织物热防护性能的主要因素;随着织物厚度和质量的增加,织物TPP值增大,而随着透气性的增加,TPP值减小。

Abstract:The thermal protective performance of 13 heat and flame resistant fabrics made with aromatic polyamide(aramid),polybenzimidazole(PBI),Kermel,PSA,flame-resistant cotton,and blends of Kermel with flame retardant rayon fibers was evaluated in laboratory tests using flame exposures to convective and radiant heat sources.Factors such as heat flux,stillness air layer,fiber type,fabric thickness,weight of fabric,and air permeability were discussed.Experimental results revealed that fiber type,heat flux were important variables.With the weight and thickness increasing,TPPwas increasing.However,air permeability was negative forTPP.
