摘    要:本文分析了国内外磨削温度的计算法,提出了用有限元法及有限差分法在时间递推上的优势来处理二维不稳态磨削温度场,得出了具有重要理论和实用价值的磨削温度计算公式,拟定了相应的计算机程序。对不同磨削用量下的温度场进行了数值计算及大量的试验对比,试验结果表明:理论汁异值与试验值相当吻合,并得出了一些重要结论。

Abstract:This paper analyses the calculating methods for grinding temperature. By applying the finite element and the advantage of finite difference in time recurrence.it supposes the idea of disposing two - dimension nonsteady grinding temperature field and reaching a calculating equation of grinding temperature. The corresponding computer program is e-laborated to calculate the temperature field for different culling parameters .and lo compare the calculated values with experiment results. The results show that the theoretical calculating date are quite consistent with experimental date. Some important conclusions are obtained.
