| 摘 要： | 一道菜做得好坏,不但与材料、火候有关,调味也至关重要,下什么料,下多少,什么时候下,都影响到菜的味道.而调味对于大多数人来说,都不在行,文章所介绍的自动调味装置,专门针对一般的家庭主妇和白领日常常见的菜谱自动调味而设计.采用电脑控制的容积法计量,并对下料时机进行控制,具有机构简单、计量准确、可靠性高、实用方便等特点.
