摘    要:以硝酸铅和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿型纳米钛酸铅。利用XRD、FT-IR、SEM等分析测试手段,对制备的钛酸铅纳米粉体的结构、性质和形貌进行了表征。并讨论了乙醇、温度、PH值和热处理温度等因素对溶胶-凝胶过程的影响,结果表明,钛酸铅晶体在400℃时形成,随着热处理温度的升高,粉体的物相也会发出变化。

Abstract:By using Pb(NO3)2 and Ti(OBu)4 as raw material,nano-sized PbTiO3 powder was prepared by sol-gel process.The structure and characteristics and morphology of nanometer PbTiO3 powder were analyzed by XRD,FT-IR,and SEM analysis.At the same time,the factors such as alcohol,temperature,pH value and the temperature of heat treatment on the process of sol-gel were discussed.The results show that perovskite PbTiO3 is formed after heat treatment at 400℃.With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the phase abundance of PbTiO3 powder is also improved.
