摘    要:设计了一种基于机器视觉的几何量精密测量系统,该系统以万能工具显微镜为机械平台,运用机器视觉技术实现边界和线的计算机辅助对准,结合基于现场可编程(逻辑)门阵列(FPGA)和单片机的光栅测量技术实现了长度、圆、角度等几何量的精密测量,利用软件编程实现了测量数据的自动采集与处理,使用AutoCAD软件实现了零件尺寸的辅助测量。实验结果表明:该系统不仅保持了万能工具显微镜稳定性好、抗干扰性强等优点,且消除了人为误差,提高了测量效率,具有较高的重复性精度和测量精度。

Abstract:A geometrical parameters precision measurement system based on machine vision is designed, the system is built on the mechanical platform of universal tool microscope. The machine vision and computer technology are utilized to achieve aided aim of border and line, the precision measuring of length, diameter and angle are realized by the grating measuring technology based on field-programmable gate array(FPGA) and single chip microprocessor( SCM ) , the automatic acquisition and handling of data by programming the correlative software are completed, and the aided measuring of the part is implemented by combining with the AutoCAD software. The experimental results demonstrate that the system has high repeatability precision and measuring precision, due to that it not only keeps the universal tool microscope' s advantage, such as good stability, strong anti-jamming, but also has the capability of eliminating the personal error and improving the measuring efficiency.
