| 摘 要： | 设备管理是现代企业管理的一个重要组成部分，通过对企业设备管理的目标，在设备管理模式形成过程的基础上，探讨了国有大中型企业的设备管理方式，对构建现代企业设备管理模式进行了深入研究。提出了一些可行的措施。
