| 摘 要： | 梳理了近年上海市充换电设施的发展现状,基于相关规划对十四五末电动车充电量进行了预测,分析了2020年出台的最新管理办法的主要内容和特点,结合本市充换电设施的运营现状,初步测算了最新管理办法实施后,对不同星级场站中各类充电设施收益的影响。

| Abstract: | The article sorted the development status of charging facilities that fixed in Shanghai.In view of the related programmes,the article forecasted the charging capacity of the electric cars in the end of 2025.The article analysed the main contents and characteristics of the new administrative procedure for charging facilities of Shanghai which introduced in 2020.Based on the operation status of the charging facilities in Shanghai,the article calculated the profit of the charging facilities which gaining supporting from the new administrative procedure. |
