摘    要:渤海油田中,尤其是渤中区块,对于井下油污的清洗和清除使用前期的管柱清洗剂效果较差,急需改进,传统的管柱清洗剂分子中含活泼氢的亲油化合物与环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷合成的非离子表面活性剂,通过改良后分子结构,合成以聚氧乙烯醚为主的表活剂,通过测试,其水溶液低毒,可生物降解,加入2%+过滤海水,在渤中区块完井试验,效果较好,满足施...

Successful application of improved completion string cleaner in Bozhong Oilfield

Abstract:In bohai oilfield,especially blocks in bohai,completion homework,for downhole oil cleaning and clean use of string cleaner effect is poorer,be badly in need of improvement,the traditional string of oil-wet containing active hydrogen compounds in detergent molecules with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide synthesis of non-ionic surface active agent,after improvement,the molecular structure is given priority to with polyoxyethylene ether synthesis of surface active agent,through test,its aqueous solution,low toxicity and biodegradability,add 2%,medium for filtering water,through the blocks in bohai experiment,effect is good,meet the construction requirements.
