自动化技术在油田集输站的应用

随着油田勘探开发力度不断加大、集输处理能不断提升,目前部分集输站的管理与生产操作已经无法满足油田高质量发展要求,集输站是整个油田在生产过程时十分重要的一个环节,极大地制约了劳动生产力和油气集输过程的安全。本文集中论述在合理的条件下集输站中采用自动化技术,对整个集输过程的信息化监控和各生产环节工艺参数自动化的控制,最终达到油气集输的安全生产及劳动力的优化,提高生产效率。

Application of automation technology in oil field gathering station

With the continuous increase of oilfield exploration and development and the continuous improvement of gathering and transportation processing,at present,the management and production operation of some gathering stations have been unable to meet the high-quality development of the oilfield.The gathering and transportation station is a very important link in the production process of the whole oilfield,which greatly restricts the labor productivity and the safety of the oil and gas gathering and transportation process.This paper focuses on the application of automation technology in the gathering and transportation station under reasonable conditions to monitor the whole gathering and transportation process and control the process parameters of each production link automatically,so as to achieve the safety production of oil and gas gathering and transportation and the optimization of labor force,and improve the production efficiency.
