除臭精制液在催化裂化干气净化中的应用

摘    要:某公司催化裂化装置干气净化单元通过添加一种新型除臭精制液SH强化胺液性能,降低了净化干气中H_2S和CO_2的含量。通过优化操作提高了胺液的使用浓度,胺液剂耗降低约25%。通过增加除臭精制液SH用剂比例,提高了净化干气的合格率,降低了因胺液钠离子含量高导致的净化干气H_2S含量波动现象。在此基础上,分析了操作温度、酸性气负荷等因素对H_2S和CO_2脱除效果的影响。实践表明,贫剂温度控制在35~40℃、干气富液中的酸性气负荷控制在0.35mol/mol以下,干气中H_2S和CO_2的脱除效果最佳。

Abstract:A new deodorizing refining liquid sh was added to the dry gas purification unit of a catalytic cracking unit to enhance the performance of amine liquid,The content of H2S and CO2 in the purified dry gas is reduced.By optimizing the operation,the concentration of amine solution was increased and the consumption of amine solution was reduced by about 25%.By increasing the proportion of SH used in deodorizing refining liquid,the qualified rate of purified dry gas is improved,The fluctuation of H2S content in purified dry gas caused by high sodium ion content in amine solution is reduced.On this basis,the effects of operating temperature and acid gas load on the removal of H2S and CO2 were analyzed,The practice shows that the lean agent temperature is controlled at 35~40℃,and the acid gas load in the rich liquid of dry gas is controlled below 0.35 mol/mol,The removal of H2S and CO2 from dry gas is the best.
