液压系统现场故障诊断方法的研究

摘    要:液压技术已广泛应用于各种机械设备中。在生产现场,由于时间紧、技术条件差,现有的液压系统故障诊断方法不能满足简单、快速、准确的现场诊断要求。根据液压系统的故障特点和现场诊断的要求,介绍了基于参数测量的逻辑诊断法的工作原理和现场诊断步骤。该方法将检测回路和逻辑诊断法的优点有机地结合起来,大大提高了故障诊断的效率及准确性,同时具有拆装工作量小、简单易行、成本低廉等特点,为液压系统现场故障诊断提供了一种科学有效的方法。

Abstract:Hydraulic technique has been widely applied in all kinds of machine equipments.The current troubleshooting methods of hydraulic system cannot meet the simple,rapid and accurate requirements of the spot diagnoses,due to the busy and bad technical condition.According to the features of the trouble of hydraulic system as well as the request of the spot diagnosis,the operating principle and troubleshooting steps of the logical diagnosis based on the parameter measure are described.The method combines the advantages of the measure circuit and the logical diagnosis.Hence,it can improve the efficiency and accuracy of the troubleshooting.Furthermore,the method also features a small workload of assembling-and-disassembling,an easy operation and a low cost and therefore provides a scientific and valid method for the spot troubleshooting of the hydraulic system.
