摘    要:以NaOH为碱性激发剂,粉煤灰与偏高岭土为前驱体材料进行研究,采用水热合成方法制备无机聚合物。通过单因素试验和正交试验,以强度为指标确定最佳水固比、 NaOH浓度、粉煤灰掺量、蒸养时间和温度。并研究了不同配比试样的抗压强度、流动性能,通过XRD分析其反应产物。结果表明,采用水热合成的方法可以显著提高无机聚合物的强度,同时在进行水热合成之前进行室温下的预养护有利于强度的提高。最优工艺参数为:粉煤灰掺量50%, NaOH溶液为10 mol/L,60℃热固化4 h后脱模,经室温养护24 h,在100℃蒸养24 h可制得地强度高达45.5 MPa聚合物材料。

Abstract:In this research, the geopolymer materials are hydrothermally synthesized by using NaOH as alkali-activator, fly ash and metakaolin as raw materials. The optimal water-solid ratio, NaOH concentration, the content of fly ash, steam-curing temperature and steam-curing time are determined. At last, the compressive strength and the rheological properties of different formulas are char-acterized, and the reaction products are analyzed by XRD. The results of experimental indicated that before hydrothermal synthesis, curing at room temperature is benefit for strength development. Utilizing hydrothermal synthesis method could greatly improve the strength of geopolymer. Finally, the optimized gropolymer is prepared at the fly ash content 50%, NaOH concentration 10 mol/L, demoulded after thermo-curing for 4 hours at 60 ℃, cured at room temperature for 24 hours, and autoclaved 100℃ for 24 hours, and the compressive strength was about 45. 5MPa.
