摘    要:减水剂作为混凝土的第六组份加入到混凝土中,可以有效的调节混凝土的工作性能,为制备高性能混凝土提供了技术条件.由于减水剂通过化学作用影响混凝土的性能,拌合环境温度对其加入到混凝土中的性能影响较大.该文研究了聚羧酸减水剂固含量变化以及不同拌合环境温度对混凝土拌合物工作性能以及混凝土硬化后的力学性能的影响.研究结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂作用对固含量和拌合环境温度敏感,改变二者对混凝土工作性能包括减水率,泌水率比、含气量与1h的坍落度保留值有明显的影响,对混凝土的早期和后期抗压强度也有影响,早龄期的抗压强度比影响更为显著.

Abstract:Water reducer agent is added to the concrete as the sixth components, which could effectively adjust the workability of concrete and provide technical support to prepare high performance concrete. In this study, the effects of solid content of polycarboxylate superplasticizer on the properties of concrete under different mixing temperature are studied. The results indicate that the effects of water reducing agent is sensitive to the solid content and the mixing temperature, which affect the water reducing rate, exudation rate and air content, slump retention value, and the compressive strength of concrete, especially the early ages compressive strength.
