| 摘 要： | 潖江蓄滞洪区是北江中下游防洪体系的重要组成部分,是珠江流域唯一一个列入全国蓄滞洪区建设规划的蓄滞洪区.对潖江蓄滞洪区现状进行分析,论证潖江蓄滞洪区建设与管理的必要性,分析了潖江蓄滞洪区建设与管理的主要内容,并提出了建议.

| Abstract: | Pajiang River flood detention and retarding basin, as the only one listed in the national flood detention and retarding basin construction planning in Pearl River Basin, is an important part of the flood control system in Beijiang River. Based on the analysis of the status of Pajiang River flood detention and retarding basin, the necessity of the construction and management has been demonstrated and the main contents of its construction and management has been analyzed, as well as some suggestions have been proposed. |
