惠东县山洪灾害非线性多场耦合预警技术

摘    要:针对惠东县山洪监测体系的现实需求,解译NDVI指数建立植被覆盖度指标,运用DEM数字高程数据提取地形指标;基于岩石及土壤类型图,采用地质雷达量化松散度;采用水文学方法计算土壤前期雨量。在此基础上,构建亚热带山洪灾害多场非线性预警模型,实现灾害的快速定位、准确评估、提早预警、科学决策。

Abstract:According to the demand for mountain torrent monitoring system of Huidong County, analysis is made on interpretation of NDVI to define the vegetation coverage index, and by using DEM to extract the topographic indices. Besides, GPR quantized porosi-ty is also applied based on the type maps of rocks & soils and calculates the amount of pre-rainfall by hydrology approach. On this basis, the multi-field and nonlinear warning model of mountain torrent disasters can be established in subtropical zone to make it possible for fast locating and accurate assessment, advance warning and scientific decision making of mountain torrent disasters.
