广东省中小河流治理的工作方法

摘    要:面对中小河流治理工作范围广、时间紧、任务重、资料少的特点,急需摸索和总结出一种全面适应中小河流治理的工作方法。结合广东省山区五市中小河流治理的一线管理和设计工作经验,针对治理工作各个阶段,在人员组织、工作步骤、实地调研、内业工作、现场查勘、实施配合等方面探索出一套在有限人力下既能满足精度要求,又可以适应进度需求的“一线工作法”,有效的推进了治理工作的开展。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of wide range, urgent and pressure mission , and insufficient data about middle and small rivers management, it is urgent to explore and summarize a method of comprehensive adaptation to the management of medium and small rivers.In this paper, combined with the management and design work experience in the small and medium rivers regulation in five cities of Guangdong Province,"on-site work"method is explored for all stages of governance, also met the needs of personnel organization, work steps, field research, industry, survey the scene, which could effectively promote the development of the work of governance.
