基于多计数管的宽量程液位计

针对传统的基于射线探测器的液位计探测范围小的缺点,文章提出了一种基于多计数管的宽量程液位计的设计方案,介绍了该液位计的测量原理及射线计数和被测液位之间的数学关系,并给出了该液位计中探测器的设计电路及多计数管的标定过程。该液位计由多个计数管串联组成,使探测器有效接收射线的范围扩大,探测范围可达到3 m,达到了其它测量方式难以实现的量程和测量精度。

A Level Meter with Wide Range Based on Multi-counter

Aiming at the disadvantages of small detection range of traditional level meter based on ray(detector,) the paper proposed a design scheme of level meter with wide range based on multi-counter,(introduced) detecting principle of the level meter and mathematic relation between ray counting and(measured) liquid level. It also gave design circuit of detector in the level meter,and calibration process of(multicounter.) The level meter was composed of many serial counters which made range effectively(accepting) ray of detector enlarge and detecting range could achieve 3 m.The level meter achieved range and(measurement) precision that other measurement modes were difficult to realize.
