大豆低聚糖的精制

摘    要:大豆低聚糖对人体具有重要的生理功能,如促进人体肠道内有益健康的双歧杆菌的繁殖,降低血脂,抗癌防癌以及延缓衰老等.在大豆异黄酮的生产过程产生了大量的含低聚糖的废水,从中回收低聚糖,不仅可变废为宝,有利于环境保护,而且可以为企业增加新的利润增长点.采用先进的超滤膜技术去除含糖废水中的蛋白,再用纳滤膜去除其中的盐分和浓缩,不仅使终产品中的低聚糖含量(水苏糖和棉子糖)超过30%,而且具有节能、工艺简单、易操作的特点.

Abstract:Soybean oilgosaccharide has many physiological functions such as restraining the proliferation of harmful bacterium in intestines, promoting the proliferation of bifidobacterium, reducing the contents of cholesterol in blood, inhibiting the growth of cancer cell and so on. In the production of soybean isoflavones, lots of wastewater rich in oligosaccharide was produced. Recovery of soybean oligosaccharide from the wastewater is not only benefit to protect environment, but also can increase profit for enterprises. Soybean oligosaccharide were recovered by removing the protein in wastewater with ultrafiltration membrane and removing salt with nanofiltration membrane. The results show that the content of soybean oligosaccharide(only include stachyose and raffinose)in the finished product exceed 30% . Moreover, the technology has many characteristic such as saving energy, reducing operation cost etc.
