摘    要:实验与数值模拟手段相结合,研究了YSZ全陶瓷涂层加固钛合金薄板在976 nm连续波激光辐照下的热响应。比较了不同功率密度下的温度历史曲线和表面形态。考虑主要换热因素,建立了样品温度场模拟的数值模型,根据实验后YSZ涂层未辐照区与辐照区的反射率测量结果描述了辐照过程中耦合系数的变化。结果表明:YSZ全陶瓷涂层对近红外波段激光具有良好的反射特性,显著提高了基材的抗激光损伤能力;激光辐照过程中耦合系数的变化对温度场有重要影响,耦合系数的变化可能与表面的微量烧蚀过程密切相关。

Abstract:The thermal response of YSZ ceramic coating reinforced titanium alloy plates under 976nm continuous wave laser irradiation was studied through experiments and numerical simulations.Both the temperature history curves and surface morphologies were compared at different power densities.Taking the main factors of heat transfer into account,a numerical model of temperature field simulation was established.Based on the measured reflectivity of non-irradiated area and irradiated area of YSZ coating,the variation of the coupling coefficient was described.The results show that the YSZ ceramic coating has high reflectance in the near-infrared waveband,which improves the anti-laser performance of the substrate effectively.The variation of the coupling coefficients has an important effect on the temperature field during laser irradiation,which may be related to the micro-ablation process of the surface.
