| 摘 要： | 针对在村镇进行试验房建设的实践,及我国村镇独户住宅建设的现状、存在的问题等进行了分析,并对村镇小住宅建设的适用技术问题进行了讨论,并在此基础上,对村镇住宅建设的一些建筑设计与技术应用的原则问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The present status of constructing single family housings in towns of China and their problems are analyzed according to the practice of constructing test housings in towns. The applicable techniques for construction of settlements in towns are discussed, based on which the principles of architectural design and technical use of constructing town settlements are also discussed. |
