| Abstract: | This paper puts forward making use of capacitive transducer to measure theinternal friction at audio ferquency for damping alloys, and desingns appropriate me-chanical structure as well as measure damping alloys which are being developed. The re-sults indicates that it has the advantages of good repeatability, high sensitivity, smallsystem error, convienent operation and etc. |
