基于模糊FMECA的地铁车门可靠性分析

摘    要:利用传统的FMECA方法对地铁车门进行可靠性分析,会因为评价因素多且故障描述语言及评判指标的不确定性和模糊性,难以得出精确有效的分析结果。利用模糊综合评判方法对传统FMECA方法进行改进,形成模糊FMECA方法。将模糊FMECA方法应用于地铁车门系统三个部件的可靠性分析中,根据危害度评判结果得出车门部件各故障模式的危害等级排序,从而找出车门系统的可靠性改进和维修的重点。分析结果与实际情况吻合,验证了该方法的有效性,说明模糊FMECA方法对提高车门系统可靠性有重要价值。

Reliability Analysis of Metro Door System Based on Fuzzy FMECA

Abstract:The traditional FMECA is used to analyze the reliability of metro door system,Due to many fuzzy and uncertain evaluation indexes,it is difficult to obtain an accurate and effective result. This paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to improve the traditional FMECA which is formed into a fuzzy FMECA. Then,the fuzzy FMECA method is applied in the reliability analysis of the door's three components. According to the criticality,all failure modes are ranked and the emphases of reliability improvement and maintenance are found. The analysis result shows that the fuzzy FMECA method is helpful to the improvement of metro door reliability.
