摘    要:为进一步掌握美白祛斑剂的使用情况,从而为有效监管提供参考,对市售72批化妆品进行12种美白祛斑功效成分检测,包括10种美白祛斑剂及2种禁用组分,并将检测结果与产品标签标识进行比对.结果72批化妆品共检出美白祛斑剂7种,2种禁用组分均未检出;检出率最高的成分为烟酰胺,达44.4%,其次为β-熊果苷,达15.3%;有7批样...

Abstract:To further understand the use of whitening and freckle removal agents,and to provide the reference for supervision,12 kinds of whitening and freckle-removing active ingredients in 72 batches of commercial cosmetics,including 10 kinds of whitening and 2 kinds of prohibited ingredients were tested,and the test results were compared with the product identification label.The results showed that a total of 7 kinds of whitening and freckle-removing agents were detected in 72 batches of samples,and none of the two forbidden components were detected.The ingredients with the highest detection rate was niacinamide,which reached 44.4%,β-arbutinwas followed by which reached 15.3%.The test results of 7 batches of samples were inconsistent with the label identification,the inconsistency rate was 9.7%.Although whitening and freckle-removing products have been supervised as special-purpose cosmetics,a whitening and freckle-removing ingredient approved table has not yet been released,so it is unable to conduct the quality control,there are certain risks,and the test results were inconsistent with the label identification.The regulatory authorities are suggested to strengthen supervision,and to publish the approval form as soon as possible.
