Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the jack-up wind power installation platform can not meet the existing installation problem of offshore wind turbine equipment, a semi-floating operation scheme of jack-up wind power installation platform is provided. The Wadam module of Sesam software is used to predict the wave load and the wave load at different drafts is calculated. The wind and flow loads at different drafts are analyzed when the direction of wind is 90°. The finite element model of the whole ship is established and the support reaction of the leg is calculated by the analysis module Wajac provided by Genie. The anti-capsizing moment and safety factor of the platform at different drafts are obtained, and the draft range of the waves which may have greater impact on the bottom of the ship is analyzed. The results show that: the semi-floating state can provide greater buoyancy when the draft is in the range of 0.5-3.0 m;the pressure of the leg bottom changes gently when the draft is about 1.5 m. Therefore, the operation efficiency can be improved and the time of moving ship is reduced by the semi-floating state for installation compared with large insertion depth and full lift operation, which can provide reference for practical engineering.
