基于MoldFlow的暖风机出风格栅翘曲变形优化研究

摘    要:针对电暖器出风格栅产品结构耐温性差、变形量大,注塑质量难于保证的问题,采用Moldflow仿真分析方法,优化产品结构,并调整浇口位置以寻求最佳的注塑工艺参数,解决了加玻纤产品翘曲变形的问题。实践结果表明,基于Moldflow仿真优化产品结构及注塑工艺,对实际生产有重要指导意义。

Abstract:Because the electric heater air outlet gate structure has low resistance to high temperature,its deformation is large,and its injection molding quality is difficult to guarantee.Moldflow simulation analysis is used to optimize the product structure and to adjust the gate position to seek the best injection molding process parameters to solve the problem of warping of the products with glass fiber.Practice shows that simulation optimization of product structure and injection molding process based on Moldflow has important guiding significance for actual production.
