摘    要:为确保半潜式平台在码头防台风系泊时得到更精确的风载荷,以得到合理的系泊布置方式,以2座半潜式平台为研究对象,采用美国石油协会(API)规范、挪威石油标准化组织(NORSOK)规范和国内《港口工程荷载规范》中风载荷经验公式进行精细的理论计算,将其结果与精细模型和简化模型的风洞试验结果进行比较,分析得到各经验公式设计的冗余...

Abstract:In order to get more accurate wind load of the semi-submersible platform docking at quayside during typhoon for the reasonable mooring arrangement, two semi-submersible platforms are taken as the research objects, the empirical formulae of the wind load, including foreign API code, NORSOK code and domestic Port Engineering Load Code, are adopted for the fine theoretical calculation, the results are compared with the wind tunnel test results of elaborate and simplified models. The design redundancy and the simplified method of the statistics of windage area of each formula are gotten, which provides reasonable wind load for the subsequent mooring force calculation.
