摘    要:介绍了为解决碳纤维与铝基体润湿性极差的原因,利用碳纤维表面改性、溶胶-凝胶法涂覆和预制体挤压成功制备出表面涂覆有光滑平整的SiO2涂层的碳纤维预制体.碳纤维预制体是挤压铸造法制备碳纤维增强铝基复合材料的重要骨架.制备最佳涂层的工艺条件为pH为11,TEOS∶去离子水∶无水乙醇=1∶5∶12,并且涂覆SiO2涂层碳纤维预...

Abstract:In order to solve the reason for the extremely poor wettability of carbon fiber and aluminum matrix,carbon fiber surface modification,sol-gel coating and preform extrusion are used to successfully prepare carbon fiber preform coated with smooth SiO2 coating.Carbon fiber preform is an important framework for preparing carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composite material by extrusion casting.The optimum process conditions for preparing the coating are pH11,TEOS∶deionized water∶absolute ethanol=1∶5∶12,and the porosity of the SiO2 coated carbon fiber preform is higher than that of the uncoated carbon fiber perform,with an average porosity of 71.5%,which provides a good solution for preparing high porosity carbon fiber preform.
