Abstract:In order to study the dry friction properties of GCr15 bearing steel under different duration of strengthened grinding treatment.Firstly,strengthened grinding processing of GCr15 bearing steel plate with different injection time was carried out by strengthened grinding device,and the microhardness of the sample section under different strengthened grinding time was measured by a microhardness tester.The thickness of the strengthened layer and the surface morphology of the wear were observed by super depth of field microscope.Dry friction and wear experiments of GCr15 bearing steel samples under different strengthened grinding duration were carried out by using a linear reciprocating friction and wear tester under load of 40 N and 80 N.The results show that the microhardness of the material surface increases with the increase of the strengthened time.The thickness of the strengthened layer on the surface of the material is proportional to the processing time.The friction coefficient and mass loss of the sample are inversely proportional to the time of strengthened grinding.Under the same loading conditions,the longer the grinding time,the lower the coefficient of dry friction,the smaller the mass loss,and the better the friction performance of bearing steel.
