Abstract:Due to the advantages of high power supply quality and fault tolerance,the multi-phase rectifier generator DC power supply system has gradually replaced the traditional DC power supply method of DC generator power supply and three-phase rectifier generator power supply.In this paper,the dual 12-phase high-speed permanent magnet rectified generator(HSPMRG)was optimized.First,the sensitivity analysis of the 8 structural parameters of the machine was carried out through the design of experiment(DOE),and the 4 structural parameters were determined as the optimized variables of the machine.Then,in order to reduce the calculation time of multiple iterations of the finite element method(FEM)in the optimization process and improve the optimization efficiency,an optimization method based on the Kriging model was proposed to improve the optimization design efficiency in this paper.Finally,the feasibility of optimization method based on approximate model proposed in this paper was verified through experiments.
