| 摘 要： | 解释了数控分度盘可实现定轴加工的工作原理，以飞机发动机叶片为例，分析了使用数控分度盘进行加工的原因，以UGNX的Postbuilder模块为例，提出开发具备正确输出自动锁紧、放松数控分度盘指令的后处理方法与原理，解释了使用TCL语言实现上述功能的逻辑语句。

| Abstract: | This paper explains the aplication and principle of fix contour mill with NC index plate.Taking aircraft engine blades as an example,we analyses the reason to use NC index plate to mill.Taking UGNX Postbuilder as an example,we provids the method and priciple of how to export locking or loosing index NC command auomatically,and explains TCL(tool command language)using for above logical statement. |
