摘    要:依托国内近年某较深水气田开发项目,介绍该项目中软管垂直铺设有关的设备资源、软管参数、环境参数和主要施工内容,给出软管垂直铺设计算分析有关的接受准则和软件模型基础。详细论述基于该软管垂直铺设的安装模拟计算分析工作,包括对软管铺设的各个过程有针对性地进行安装模拟计算及结果分析,确定软管铺设过程中软管及主要安装设备的受力,确定海上施工适合作业天气窗口。研究工作可为后续类似项目提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on a relative deepwater gas field development project conducted in recent years, the device and tool resources, hose parameters, environmental parameters and main installation work contents related to the vertical lay of flexible hose in this project are introduced. The accepted criteria and software-modeling basis associated with the installation calculation analysis of the vertical lay of the flexible hose are presented. The detailed research work of the installation simulation calculation and result analysis of the vertical lay of the flexible hose is illustrated, including the execution of installation calculation and analysis on all installation processes, the acquisition of the forces bared by flexible hose and main installation devices during installation, the determination of allowable weather window for offshore installation. The reference could be provided for the similar projects in future.
